The Website aim is to provide users with information about the services provided by the following Companies from 300Brains Group:

  1. Terms of use of the Website
    1. The Website aims to provide users with general information about the services provided by the Companies from the 300Brains Group. The data published on the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
    2. All rights to the Website, including rights to its text and graphic elements, layout and other elements, are reserved, unless expressly stated otherwise. Using the content posted on the Website does not mean that users acquire any rights in intangible assets to the works available on the Website.
    3. The user may use the works available on the Website only within the scope of permitted use specified in the provisions of the Polish Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights. In particular, except for the cases specified in these provisions, it is prohibited to copy, modify or transmit electronically or otherwise any part of the Website in whole or in part.
    4.     5. Some of the links on the Website refer to servers and websites administered by third parties, for which the Companies from the 300Brains Group are not liable. The user uses them at its own risk. The Companies from the 300Brains Group will not be liable for the information located on these servers and websites, in particular for their correctness and up-to-date.
  2. Personal data protection policy
    1. Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", in connection with the intention to process personal data, we would like to inform you that:

      2. in the case of contact with a given Company from 300Brains Group (via contact details available here), the personal data controller is a given Company from 300Brains Group (data of the Companies can be found here); if the user contacts 300Brains UK or 300Brains USA or the user consents to the transfer of personal data to 300Brains UK or 300Brains USA, the user's data will be processed in a third country within the meaning of the GDPR.
      3. the user's personal data will be processed:
        • based on the consent granted and for the purpose for which this consent was expressed. In particular, when using forms on the Website, the provided data is processed: i. in order to respond or provide information in connection with sending the contact form – in the case of completing and sending the contact form; ii.in order to add the data subject and CV to the recruitment database – in the case of completing and sending the recruitment form. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the cases referred to above is Article 6(1) a of the GDPR (the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes).
        • as necessary for the purposes of legally justified interests pursued by the data controller, i.e. to consider possible claims or complaints, to respond to contact made by the user, to maintain contact, to solve technical problems, to ensure quality services provided, for analytical and statistical purposes, as well as for direct marketing purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the cases referred to above is Article 6(1)f of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party).
      4. providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
      5. personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn, depending on which of these events occurs first.
      6. personal data processed for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the data controller will be processed until these purposes are achieved or until an objection is raised to such processing (unless there are legally justified grounds for further processing), depending on which of these events will occur earlier.
      7. the recipients of personal data may be: other Companies from the 300Brains Group, authorized employees and coworkers of the Companies from the 300Brains Group and entities cooperating with the Companies from the 300Brains Group with which a given Company from the 300Brains Group has concluded appropriate contracts, such as: subcontractors cooperating in the provision of services, providers of IT systems and IT services and an accounting company. Data recipients may also be courier companies and postal operators or tax and legal advisors. In addition, personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities authorized in accordance with applicable law.
      8. in the case of data processing based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

      10. under the terms set out in the GDPR, the user has the right to:
        • request access to personal data, its rectification and erasure
        • requests to restrict of processing concerning the data subject
        • personal data portability
        • in the case of personal data processing on the basis indicated in point c, second indent above, the user also has the right to object to such processing at any time
      11. the user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if it is considered that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR
      12. the data subject is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling
      13. due to the fact that some companies from the 300Brains Group, i.e. 300Brains UK and 300Brains USA, are based outside the European Economic Area, personal data processed by these entities are transferred to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR. The transfer of personal data to the UK is based on a decision of the European Commission stating that the UK provides an adequate level of protection. The transfer of personal data to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

The Companies from the 300Brains Group use appropriate technologies and introduce internal procedures to maintain the security of collected personal data of users and prevent unauthorized access to them. The set of collected personal data is treated as a separate database, stored on a server in a special security zone, with limited access.
  3. The Cookie policy
    1. The Website uses the so-called "cookies", i.e. small text files placed on the user's computer and used when connecting to the Website.
